Cancellation of club mahindra membership

Hi,

My name is Manoj Menon and I have been duped by club mahindra. We had enrolled for Club Mahindra Membership at Mulund RMall branch the person who had attended us was Mr. Sandeep. The membership is in the name of my wife Mrs. Fatima Menon. Member ID: 1460865. He convinced me that if in future if I want to cancell the membership deal then Club Mahindra would return my Rs. 25, 000/- which i had paid as registering fee. I beleived him and i registered with club Mahindra. It was 4th of April and the next day I went to cancell the membership. They took my cancellation and told me that they would courier the cheque by 4th of May as the process takes a month. After exactly one month we called Sundeep and he said that we will have to talk to the call center of Club Mahindra. He said he can do nothing. Inspite of calling them several times their only answer I get is they are looking into the matter.

When asked about the cheque they said it is not yet made. What a pathetic company. This is the most inefficient company I have come across. They are just looting our hard earned money. They should be punished sevierly and their licence must be cancelled.

I request all of you to not to enroll for any Club Mahindra Membership.
