Delay in refund of membership

I paid INR 59, 992/- for Club Mahindra membership on 03rd Jan 09 by way of credit card for 12 month, zero interest payment option. On 13th Jan 09, I informed Club Mahindra call Centre to cancel my membership. On 15th Jan 09 I followed my telephonic Cancellation with an Email to club mahindra. On 07th Feb 09 still deducted

INR 28, 330/- by submitting my credit card transaction slip. After my repeated exchange of mails company has agreed to cancel my membership and refund the money. But for last 6 months I have not received my cheque. Kindly advise how to proceed against the fraudulent company like Club Mahindra?
