Non fulfilment of promises

At time of registration on 12th Sep, we were assured of goa booking for Oct1 to Oct 4 and we were told that the membership would be conditional on such booking. After repeated calls and email exchanges with their representatives, I did not got any confirmation for the goa booking. I came to know after calling their helpline no that they have not received any request for goa booking at all.

This prompted me to cancel my membership on Sep 22. At time of booking I was told that the refund would come within 42 days as per the policy. It is Dec 24 today and I am still awaiting for my refund. Right now the official stand is the refund can not be made till Feb due to some accounting problem. what happens to my lose of interest?

I am utterly displeased with my experience of Club Mahindra. I have a feeling that these poeple make promises which they dont intend to keep.
