I was lured to take a membership of club mahindra holidays. I sent in a request for cancellation of that membership on 02 Jan. (during the cool off period). I was assured that the refund will take 30- 45 days. Inspite of constant there was no response from the ClubMahindra side regarding these queries. When they were contacted I was told that refund is possible only in month of May. Reason They can't cancell too many memberships in a month. Is it my problem if they can't do that. As per their company written guidelines and as per their senior staff the refunf should be there in 30 days (max 45 days). Now after 60 days I am told that (that too after atleast 10 reminders) it can be done only in may.
