Axis bank&-Consolidation charges

I have a Salary account in Axis bank. Suddenly they have deducted Rs. 120.00 as Consolidation charges for my Account. Neither they had not informed nor Axis bank Employees not aware of this Consolidation Charges... there is no rule for maintaining minimum balance for Salary Savings account..

Kindly look into this matter. As a A/C holder I should understand why this deduction happened without any prior notice.
