Not yet credited the PF amount to my Account

Sir,

I have received my pf settlement letter from EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION, PLOT NO 341 BHAVISHYA NIDHI BHAWAN, BANDRA (E) MUMBAI-400051 on 03/04.my P.F account number is MH9/21704.the cheque numbers as prescribed in your letter are

1.798297 dated 18/03 for Rs.9079

2.755535 dated 18/03 for Rs.4261

It has not been credited to my bank account so far

My bank details are:

ICICIBANK (Defence Colony branch)

New Delhi

My bank account number is 630001506845

I request you to process my complaint as soon as possible
