Worst condition of coaches

Sir/madam

my name is sunil. im a passanger of kamrup exp (5960). im a frequent traveller. my berths are horrible with dust. i feel like hot room without ac. my berth dont have any headlamp and bottle holders. on 14th im travelling same train from howrah to njp. that day also same i faced same conditions. toilets are like pulic toilets. we respect hon minister Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav.these days reseversation system and other things are good, but maintance of coaches not at all good.

please provide good coach service to passengers.
