Today i went to cofee day. i waited for some one to come give me the menu card. but no one did. and i was the only one siting inside (the place was not crowded). when i asked one of them to bring the card, he did. and the manager was talking over the phone till i left. i also noticed those people talking over my back. this happens most of the times i go there.
also the employees seam to give special importance to their freinds. i've seen people entering into the kitchen where only employees are suppose to go and lot more can be complained. this is the only place that i've experienced worst service.
