Dear sir,
I am a college student pursuing my master degree in Engineering. I got into bus with registration number TN 38 N 2335 in venkitapuram stop (Avila convent stop), at Coimbatore in Tamilnadu, at 7.05 PM on 28/10 (Friday). The conductor came and asked me "where you want to go". I told TVS nagar (the stop next to Edayarpalayam in Thadagam Road) and gave the money. He was staring at me. I thought that he dint hear my words and told my stop thrice to him. He stared me again. Then I was shocked at his behaviour. He started scolding me. He told that " if you want to go to TVS nagar, then many bus numbered 11 are available. you can avail those. why you people are irritating us by getting in to this bus". Then he pressed my hand angrily and gave the ticket. Even though it is not a LSS (Limited Stop Service) bus. It seemed to rain heavily. So i dint wait for other bus. I don't know what is the problem in giving the ticket. That too I gave the change of Rs. 5 where the ticket costs Rs.4. Coimbatore is the city where people respect everybody. In our district, there are many well behaved conductors. If he behaves like this to other district people, the bad name is not for the conductor alone but for the whole transport department also. The conductor name is Mr. C. Devaraj. I request you to take necessary action regarding this issue so that he will not repeat this mistake again.
Thanks & Regards,
Pradeepa. N
