Cold drink bottles costs more then MRP in belgaum, Karnataka

Hello sir my name is Vasant Morje, n im a student, Studing in belgaum, i hv found here that there r many places in belgaum (tilakwadi), karnataka (590006), that sell cold drink and other refrigerated items more more xtra prise then MRP. and on asking y do they charge more then MRP they say its Cooling Charges.

Sir, i request ull to plz get into this matter my conveying secret raid on their shops, so that they r caught red-handed. i hope ull will look into this matter, SERIOUSLY..
