Being charged for a product I didn't order or agree to receive

Dear Sir:

I took a risk and decided to try the product Colon Smart. You offered it as a trial offer and I accepted. I found a charge for $4.95 for the sample and then on the same credit card bill another exorbitant charge. So I looked in the envelope and found a reassuring note telling me to call a customer service representative who would be happy to assist me. No such person answered the phone or assisted me. Instead I was sent to a website which did not process my cancellation or my attempt to find out how you would like the product returned.

Either you are so busy that you are unaware that your website is not processing your customers’ needs or you are dishonest and deliberately blocking communication so that the charges can continue to accrue customers’ accounts.

I have not actually ordered your product. You cannot just send me your product without my consent and charge me a whopping $80 plus dollars a month. To date, you owe me money. I don’t owe you money.

I will gladly return the product that is being delivered without my consent if you will make contact and tell me where we go from here but you will stop sending me this product and you will stop charging me for something I didn’t order or agree to receive. You will also reimburse me or reverse the charges for product I didn’t order or agree to receive.
