Registering of complaint-reg

I purchased Sansaui -21 inch colour TV from the registered dealer of Panchkula Sector-11, Haryana five year back. The said TV is giving trouble and I want to register complaint with the dealer or service center for the repair. The said dealer has shifted his business from the permisses. I tried to locate his new address or the service centers at Panchkula and Chandigarh but not in vain. Kindly let me know the addresses of Sansuai service center at panchkula and chandigarh for registering complaint.
