The complaint is in regard with my Mobile Number - 9440055370 . Its to state that an amount of RS . 32 /-
has been decducted from my account on the basis of providing the caller tune. First of that I did not have applied for the caller tune and before applying that neither any of the BSNL officials did call me or intimated me of the ringtone and all over the above amount of RS . 32 /- has been deducted from my account and previously also they have done the same. I have been using the Idea Mobile { Nmbr.9848014571 } since 10 years but never did I get any complaints regarding. But this BSNL service has totally annoyyed by applying the caller tune and deducting the amount. Hence all I need to say is that I need the amount back in my account and also remove that tune. I have made several calls on the customer care number but since no response I had to mail the complaint. And when I am asking them to remove the caller tune they say that I have to send a message but before applying that you have not asked me to message then. This should have done earlier prior to applying. I dont agree with the rules you levy. But immediately I need it to be removed and the amount back in my account. I would appreciate if quick response is given.
