Failure delivery of parcel

Sir

This is regarding failure of delivery of parcel which was sent from New Delhi to Kanpur on dated: 05-12 (Consignment No. 217605136). The person to whom I talk, is saying that he is fail to delivery of parcel to the destination area due to unavailability of delivery boy..Please accepte to regret the complaint so that this problem should be avoided in the future..
