Non receipt of Bill

Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that our bills were not coming regularly even after cut-off date.

Our cut-off date is completed on 4.3.09 itself, but till now bill is not received by us.

Secondly our bills were mentioning due date as IMMEDIATE. Please remove that and mention the due date in the our bills.

Please took this matter as most urgent and do the needful.

We request you to kindly arrange to send our bills in the above mentioned email id every month without fail.
