Not receipt of pan card after correction

Dear sir,

I have applied for correction in my pan card vide application.no 702638531 at UTI TSL office at Hyderabad Branch on 13th sep 2008. But till this date i could not get my duly corrected pan card. My PAN CARD NO. is AAXPR4627H .So i request you to pls see to it and pls try to send us the any query if any or send us the new pan card with required correction.
