Not receive any details on purchasing of 2yr Hp india care pack

Dear sir,

I purchased a 2 yr HP care pack on 10th March thru Simtech Computeronics pvt ltd, pune. But still not getting any receipt/ care pack number at my email/ postal address. Now its more then a 20 days. The boy that collected the cheque was assured me that I will get response from HP india within 10 days.
