Poor quality and service

Dear sir,

i bought a Laptop (Compaq Presario - CQ45 112 AU, ser No- CND 83522 VJ) in apr 09 (i have bills). This laptop got faulty on 23 Jul 09 and HP service centre, Sri Nagar (which is around 100 km from Anantnag, where i work) repaired it and gave it back to me on 3 Aug 09 (they changed the mother board), it again got faulty on 13 Aug 09, and they told me that the motherboard had again gone faulty (wat a horrible quality) then later after 20 days they informed me that processor had also gone faulty, in service centre itself... it took them 1 month to get it replaced... i got it back on 16 Sep 09, after "two mother board and Two processor replacements"(i have all case ids)..when i checked it up the laptop showed "No serial No found" for processor / motherboard on startup screen... when i checked up they told me to again get it service centre... Even the adaptor got faulty in mean while...

i have following complaints:

1. How can a motherboard go faulty TWICE without any physical damage to laptop?

2. How can a processor go faulty and replaced TWICE in one service centre visit witout any physical Damage?

3. If they say electricity or earthing is a problem... then what is adaptor for, it should have gone faulty at first place, saving the laptop... but it worked fine!!

4. Out of 5 months of product life with me, laptop has been in service centre for more then 2 months...

i want following actions from HP:

1. To replace my laptop with a new one, as the originality of the laptop is lost... and the quality of hardware is poor... and i can't trust Srinagar service centre guys, as it still dosen't show any Ser no...

2. To "tighten up" their Services, Sri nagar service centre dosen't know how to talk..they have been rude always... they didn't check, even when they kept it for 1 long month before they delivered and later when i complaint they told me "You should have checked up"

3. Extend my warranty by two months "Free of cost" after the date of purchase... as it has been "staying" in your service centre for two months, because of your poor services...

4. HP service centre Managers should take calls... only customer care guys reply with same monotonous answers "sir, we apologise but we can't give you nos of higher ups"
