Respectfully i beg to say that i purchase the compaq laptop presario CQ60209TU, s/n:2CE905D5B2, p/n: ML062PA#ACJ. from ITJ, SHAHJAHANPUR-242001 (UP)

my request is laptop is not working properly, batary not charging in plugged.battary backup problem.

servise centre not give servise properly.so i request u plz take action as soon as possible on them.
