As per tel. talk today I give the details below;

I have made number of calls to Inovative Incentive and talked with Nisha, she assured for delivery within 2 weeks on 6-5-09;
Now today, she is on leave as per innovative incentive personnel Asuh and Poonam; their 1st reply is your documents are on hold I will inform you the status by 3:00 PM, I called again by 3:30 PM. Initially they not picked the phone or disconnected, then 2nd reply your documents are lost, 3rd reply give us further time of 2/3 weeks, 4th reply we will not give any kind of confirmation by e-mail about hold / lost document / misplaced / the personnel knowing the case in on leave.
This is 3 months past, I have seen number of complaints in consumer forum about none delivery by innovative incentive, they are even not responding properly on phone.
they are least bother about consumer court.
Please check the status and do needful.
