Dear sir,
I bought my laptop compaq presario v6409tu on 19th sep 2007 from CR INFOTECH PVT LTD, Nehru Place, chandra bhavan 102-103. I came back to my home that is Bikaner and the laptop crashed on 20th. No help what so ever was provided by the dealer and no free gifts which were authorised were given to me and more over this model does not exist only on the list of compaq 6000 series.
