Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased my compaq laptop (Presario CQ40-108-TU) on 10.01.2009 from ankleshwar, gujarat. The warranty period upto one year from purchasing date. Due to adaptor and DVD problem, I putted my same laptop in company authorized service center in delhi on 06.10.2009 but till the time to writing this complain my laptop not repaired. I am frtustrated with the delay ot concern laptop company and service center. I wrote several mail in their compliants and compliments department ([email protected]), but they didn't give a single reply. I talked and mailed to delhi coordinator but they are telling that it wll take more two-three days.
Now, today 14th day is going to be complete to given my laptop in concern company authorized center.
I am frustrated to poor service of concern laptop company.
Please guide me.
