Nonreceipt of Kodak digital camera

I had purchased one leptop of Compaq from Silchar, Assam. According to existing offer, I had sent a

cheque of Rs 1299/- of Axis Bank to HP Redemption cell, first floor, A-2 Okhala industrial area phase-1, New Delhi-110020 on 11-02. the said amount was deducted from my account on 27-03, after that I contacted at HP Redemption Cell, New delhi then they told me that they have sent one kodak digital camera through the first flight courier but I have not received the camera till date.
