Compaq presario V3604TU
VERY LOW BATTERRY BACK UP

this is shobhit agrawal from lalitpur. i have purchased compaq presario V3604TU from IRAA INFOTECH, LALITPUR

i was told that above model will give long baterry back up approx 3-4hrs. but i get only 1 hr of back up. kindly solve my problem as with this small batt back up i can't do my work.
