Compaq - pressarrio 3611AU laptop
No response to the complaint registered

Dear sit,

hi!!

i had purchased hp-compaq 3611Au laptop, it is in warranty and i have two unresolved problems in it.

i had sent it to ahmedabad service centre but they say

1) blue screen error / memory dump error, to which they say we did not find any problem with the ram, but when i changed the ram to check the problem was solved.

2) my screen has got some 5-6 black spot to which they say they have asked for the part and they will get it from hp after one month or so..

i have registered the comlaint in ahmedabad- please help
