I have bought a compaq SG - 3670 having S/No.- INA847033B on 23-02 under your promotion scheme HP NOW OR NEVER DESKTOP OFFER. As asked i made a DD in favour of "INNOVATIVE INCENTIVES AND EVENTS PVT. LTD." for Rs.999 payable at chandigarh and sent it with the required documents to the said address at chandigarh. My redemption code was Q9XBOCTMEH.On 16-04 i received a message from TM-IIEPL confirming that my offer under option 3, file no.- 80091is under processing but till date i haven't received my offer neither any information from your side confirming me the further status of my offer whether it has been dispatched or what so ever.
Please take appropriate action as soon as possible and do reply me about my offer status and when i would be recieving it.
