Periodic failure of motherboard

1. I am Abhishek Pathak. I have bought a Compaq notebook V3225 on 04 may from ITNET infocom Pvt ltd, MG Road, Ravipuram, Cochin, Kerala, India-682016.With the Invoice No- 100892.Keeping in view the good reputation of Compaq, i have recommended Compaq notebooks to number of my colleagues and due to my recommendations, around 10 people have bought Compaq notebooks from the same place.

2. I am not at all happy with the performance of my notebook. I have purchased this notebook to reduce my work load and to ease my work, whereas the performance i am getting is totally opposite of my expectations from HP-Compaq. I am facing lot of problems with my notebook. since the time i have bought this laptop, 5 times i have replaced the motherboard of my notebook and once i have replaced the battery. The case ID’s for all the above mentioned services are listed below for your reference:

3. I had replaced the Battery in the month of Aug with my own expences as that was out of the warranty period. I have purchased HP care pack (Sr No-G05UIN6CFA46) on 26 Apr. Though every time i have got the service done free of cost from HP service centres, because of my Hp care pack, but the amount of work loss i had faced was untolerable. For the last one year i was posted in Portblair (A&N Islands), where there was no HP service stations available, so i had to send my laptop all the way to Kolkata for the first service, Chennai for the 2nd and 3rd service and to Delhi for the 4th service. Now i am in Cochin so for the 5th time i got my laptop repaired here in cochin.

4. You can make out from the above given description that my whole experience with Compaq notebook was very unsatisfactory and unpleasant.By looking at the past service records and by the feedback given to me by your service station engineers it has been proved that there is some manufacturing defect in my notebook which is carried forward every time and which is not getting rectified. So it my humble request to kindly replace my notebook with other equivalent or higher grade model of Compaq Laptop.

5. I am a regular customer of compaq Products, keeping in view the reputation of HP-Compaq, i expect that my case will be considered and the replacement will be done soon. So that i may continue with the good relations with HP products.
