Respected sir,
a. I would like to bring in your kind notice that in our next flat, C-73-X, DDA Flats, Block-A, Jahangirpuri, delhi-110033, that is a residential flat. One person whose name is Rizvan is running a dairy. The name of Dairy is “ Chaudhary Dairy”. He is using residential flat on commercial basis. His all the Dairy assets are spread over the road as a result the road is almost blocked. And due to the furnace work and the filth, rubbish and other obnoxious or polluted materials usually block the drains and generate bad smell in the area. Which may cause diseases in the area residents.
b. He has planted a water hand pump on govt land whose water spread over the road and spread mud and dirty water, which may cause to generate mosquitoes for malaria and dengu etc. He has good terms with MCD officials.
c. He burn furnace on roadside just before my window any time any miss happening may happen. It has been hard to live in the flat for us under pollution. I have been a patient of Asthma.
d. Always there is a noise pollution from 5:00 am to 2:00 am continuously due to dairy work. It has affected the study of my children. Even we cannot sleep well in the night.
e. From our panchayat many times, we went to request him but he doesn’t care. He is always ready to dissention even he gives us different kinds of threat to finish us if we will complain.
Sir, you are requested to kindly take an suitable action as soon as it may be possible for you and protect us and our human rights. I shall be thankful to you.
