Complaint against duty clerek on reservation counter at shakur basti railway station
Non refund of w/l ticket

Dear Sir,

My wife has a ticket from shakur basti to gidderbaha in train no 2482 in ac chair car, whose pnr no. is 262-3500937 W/L no. 40. She presented the ticket for cancellation at shakur basti railway station. But the duty clerk at the station didn't honour the ticket saying that the ticket would be cancelled at New Delhi railway station. But she has no time to go to Delhi at get cancelled the ticket. She ha to start her journey with the alternate ticket 2nd class. My money was gone waste due the duty clerk. You are requested to take the necessary action to refund my money and to take necessary action against the duty clerk to harras my wife.
