Register Post not delivered-RL-7158

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am unable to track 1no registered post sent on 10th Nov from Chennai to Korba, Chhattisgarh (Address Given below), which is not delivered to the customer till now.

The registered post receipt numbers are: RL-7158 respectively. I have tried to trace it online but there is no option available to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/).

Kindly help me in to try and locate the post as it contains important document.
