I'm Ravi from gurgaon. I'm booked a parcel from Gurgaon to Tamilnadu (Eral-628801) on 17-12-07. But it's not delivered till itself. But your Delhi office staff told it's delivered on 20-12-07. But he is not give any xerox copy of delivered receipt. Plz. take necessary action and track the parcel where it is wrongly delivered or mishandled and findout it and delived proper place.
