We had booked one A/C sleeper ticket from Bangalore to Palakkad on Kallada tours and travels, Bangalore on 13/01 for my 60 year old female relative. The bus which was to arrive at 9:30PM did not arrive at Madivala; instead they informed that the bus would start from Kalasipalyam. My relative and others were asked to disembark from their transport and report to their Kalasipalyam office where all the passengers were told that their bus was cancelled and that they would instead be taken to richur and not to Palakkad and it was thritr headache what to do after that. If they had told that the bus was not taking off fromMadiwala, we could have arranged for alternate means. Finally this relative somehow contacted us and we brought her back to our home by about 11:30 PM...
