Loss of SONY digital camera in Check in baggage in Singapore Airlines.
Dear Sir,
I traveled by Flight No. SQ 529 in seat No. 52 D from Chennai to Singapore and SQ 952 from Singapore to Jakarta.
On 11th December, I checked in my baggage at Chennai, India in Singapore Airlines and collected at Jakarta, Indonesia. I found that my locked airbag zip is opened and I lost my SONY digital camera and a T-shirt in the transit. I reported this matter promptly to HENDRI, traffic Passangger at Jakarta airport immedieatly on 12th December. He has taken a photo of the opened condition of my Air Bag and promised to investigate and report the matter back to me.
I sent an email to Mr Hendri enquring the status. But no reply till now.
The file reference number is CMSY CCKSA. Hope by now you have recovered my SONY DIGITAL CAMERA and T-shirt
Please reply with the present status to this email and further course of action I should take to claim my digital camera back. I like Singapore Airlines for their promptness and service. Hope they will not disappoint me.
