Please can we know what is the VAT/other taxes/service tax/ CST/ST/ any other taxes... which are applicable and payable at teh time of buying goods/servi ces. In the name of government policies, we are charged with some 12% 4% so many times...
can this matter be clarified across the board, so consumers are not atken for a ride by all kinds of service providers? retailers?
