This is ramachandran i am a 6 year costomer for your network yesterday (21-4) i was recharged morning around 10.30 am rs=17 (3 days) for mobile office net connection usinr *567#
Amount debited in my account but have not got any free MB only showing 0.0 MB Upto 23-apr
This issue already complient in your costomer care officer 3 times but no respose using 198 option
Your side respose very very poor he said any call summary will be get after 2 hour pls check ur costomer side
Yesterday i inform 3 Times to costomer care but no response after i did not call to costomer care ur side blocked my number what is the reason of this
Please clear my amount i trust you please help Me.
