Misbehaviour/using foul language

I am customer of Reliance consumer Finance from the past 11 months, by oversite one EMI got bounced from the bank for the month of July. I have been receiving calls from 011-6424444 and the lady uses all dirty and filhy abusive language which cannot be explained such as mother fucker, sister fucker. I am shocked to hear such bad words at this age of 49. I am working in the Ltd company in the capacity of General Manager. Apart from talking to me on my cell. she also calls at my office and my residence numbers and repeats the similar language which is hardly disgusting.

The man behind the complete show is one Mr. Hemant, who claims that he is the employee of the company and his cell number is 9873911990.

I would have regularised my account but after receiving such calls, i decided to lodge a complaint first and then pay to the bank.

Can the matter be looked into on top priority and action taken immediately under intimation to me.

It is shameful for Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group of company's to operate in such a manner keeping contacts with such agents etc.
