Pf amount still not transferred to my account

Respected sir/mam,

I am Vishal Sharma writing to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the paper work done from my company Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd (gurgaon), where i worked for near about 15 months (may'06 til Aug '07), i deposited my provident fund clearance document to PF office in Oct '07. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but till today it is more than 1 year and nothing has been credited to my account. My employee id at Convergys was 210032632 and my pf no. is HR/GGN/25204/36160. And no response is there from PF office side, plz reply

And i request you to look into the matter.
