Non delivery of cylende

I am a indane gas consumer from the agency T.R. GAS Agency Mattannur, Kannur dist., Kerala (PH.0490 2471380, 247 2471025, 2473450). My consumer number is 8119.

i book for a cylinder on 12- 06- (Booking no. 5359), but the agency not deliver cylinder till 11-8-09.

I am waiting a cylinder for 60 days.
