I had applied for new gas connection and paid the security deposit of rs. 6, 000/- vide dd no.829518 dated 27.10.2008 of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Evershine Nagar, Malad which was collected by Mr Mahendra Group 16B on 10.12.2008. Sorry to state that so far I have neither received your official acknowledgement nor the gas connection. Whenever I used to enquire about the same, I was being informed that connection will be given within a weeks time, However more than 6 months have passed and no action has been taken so far. Request do the needful at the earliest. Thanks
