I'm having food processing plant. This is our 3rd year and thinking to expand it by making cookies. But, my launching plan was failed cause my employee's salary & works problem due to unreliable seller.
On 8 April I went to Delhi from Aizawl to buy Electric Oven from Cool Home (India), 5051, Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj, New Delhi -110002 Ph:23255734, 9810112262, 9312220399, on last April. Mr Rehan Ahmed was in the shop, after discussing the machine and prices, he gave me his a/c icici 033301000783 and Mohd Asif SBI A/c 10237364501 for payment. I've deposited in Mohd Asif SBI A/c 10237364501 Rs.10375.00 for the oven advance payment for order.
He said, he has received the money and machine will be ready by next week. From that next week, i keep calling and calling because the machine was not ready with so many excuses. And later, he said Delhi Electric Power is the worsts ever, we cannot test the machine, so please wait for next week. And on the next week, i called him, he said 'the machine is ready'. I replied, it is hard to trust you now, please booked the machine with my transporter and give me the consignment number and i'll verify and give you the money in full before the machine leave Delhi. I called him almost everyday, he replied 'Ok, i'll do it today'. But that never happen.
Beginning of september, i was a kind of angry and told him that please don't do business with what you don't have, and he agreed to return my advance and asked my account number. I give him at once, i call him every day. He always said, Ok, i'll deposit it today, but he did not deposit it till today (31 Aug). He is 'OK Man' since from the beginning but never fulfill his duty.
Below is his email saying machine is ready and ask me to deposit the remaining amount with atta kneader on 21 July. He always said he will booked the machine today, but he never did. I give him Sugam Parivaham Manager's mobile number 9312229734 for transportation in advance. On 23 July he said he has spoken with the manager but when i check with the manager whether he has received such a call, the manager said NO such call. Later Mr Rehan said this Sugam Parivaham transporter is not far from my shop, so its not a problem, it will be booked tomorrow, but that never happen. Now, i've no faith in Cool Home (India) products. Its also a part of my fault thinking to buy it from them. He is taking advantage of me for being coming all the way from mizoram to delhi and moreover he's thinking to have my hard earned money this way.
