Got demage note form ATM

Dear sir,

I have a currant A/c at PNB bank branch at Bhogal, new delhi, today i.e.16/12/08 i went to PNB ATM at Bhogal to take some money, i had done 3 transation to withdrawn Rs.2, out of 2 thousand, i got Rs.9000/ totaly in demage conditions, immidaitly i told to the ATM guard, he say go to the branch and meet to the manager, immedailtly i went o PNB branch at bhogal and i told to the Branch Manager that this is the matter, he told me that this is not our responsibilty and he say we had given the contract to 3rd party to put cash in ATM and they will only change your note, he says that somebody has also given me the same complaint, after that he say that ATM person (who puting Rupee in ATM machine) will come to that ATM around 5 PM, you can contact that person at same ATM around 5PM, I went there at 5PM and i waited up to 6 PM, nobody has came,

now tell me sir what sould i do?

please advice me . what sould i do.
