CORPORATION BANK
No:7, G-3, Saravanalayaa Flats, Sullivan Street, Kutchery Road, Mylapore

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm Priya. R, I have completed my Bachelors in Law with first Class grade. I got an offer from a reputed university in london for which i approached the nearest branch of corporation bank, Mylapore branch. To my surprise when i asked for the application form of educational loan nobody was bothered to give me any proper advice moreover i was asked to wait near the manager's room for more than 2 hours.

When i entered the manager's chamber even he ignored my application saying that i should hold an account in the said bank which is not anywhere in the eligibility criteria of the bank norms.

(note- Most of the banks promise 4.5 lakh to 7.5 lakh without security but in reality no one is ready to offer even 2 lakhs without security)

Is this the way an aspiring student to be treated in a bank? what will be the future of poor students who don't posses any kind of property to provide as security? then whats the meaning government providing guidelines to the bank to issue educational loan?

To approach Bank and to get an educational Loan without any hassle has become like a dream.
