Courier not recived

Dear sir,

i am living in dehradun, my courier had to come from bathinda consigment No. 307715959 on raksha bandhan. but the dehradun office send it to mussorrie office i made call to dehradun office they did not gave me positive response. i made call three times they made full of me they did not gave any response, i also made call to mussorie office but the office manager behave very ruddly. In the courier there was a rakhi from my sister and i did not get it, please take action on it other wise i will go to consumer court. thank u
