Courier packet
Compelling for receiving from the office instead of home delivery

This is to inform you that the officials of trackon couriers are compelling me to collect the courier from their office and they are not delivering at my home. On further requesting they are threatening to send back the courier.

In fact the courier contains rakhi and today is rakshabandan still they have not delevered my courier.

I am living at bhiwadi and my working at Maruti Suzuki India Limited

I am puzzled of the service of this courier company.
