I have received a letter from B.C.Road Bantwal Tq Dakshina Kannada through your Avalahalli Branch sent on 8.10.2009. I have signed your delivery statement today at 3.25pm (9.10.2009) but your massenger has not delivered the said cover to me and taken back alongwith him. (He can misutilise the content of the said cover, because he know that I have already signed he delivery statement)
I am a regular customer of your office and I am receiving letters every week through your said office. I am also sending my all correspondence letters through your office regularly hence I am not a new customer to your office to ask more information other than signing the delivery statement.
Please take necessary action in this regard.
