Pan card not at received

This is manu m j from bangalore in the date of 15/03/08 i applied application for the pan card on vijaynagar in bangalore city, there ur people tolled me after 20 workings u can get ur pan card but today is 08/05/08 still now also ididn't get any infomation or pan card from ur side i dont no wat was the problem u please see ur details and reply me, i hope u wil consider this request and clarified as soon as.
