I am serving in Army and am allotted Qtr No 393 (Type II), Lodhi Road complex. Since taking over the accommodation in November I had lodged numerous complaints regarding SEEPAGE to the CPWD Officials, in the form of tele calls through customer care, through letters and through personal interaction with the JE CPWD, Lodhi Road Complex. I had even spoken to the Executive Engineer of CPWD Lodhi Road Complex once, regarding the same. Till date the complaint is not been attended to. Since my qtr is in ground floor, the condition of the qtr is worse as compared to other quarters. For 2-4 hours during morning and evening hours, IT IS JUST LIKE RAINING INSIDE MY HOUSE. The CPWD officials are not keen in attending the complaints of Army Personnel. Such a lackadaisical attitude from CPWD officials are not appreciated.
