I am living with my wife in Qtr No E32D MIG Mayapuri (Type IV), allotted to my wife. I had lodged numerous complaints regarding stair case light and my drawing room's fan which was replaced by the new fan fixed by CPWD Officials, Old fans were working properly inspite of that CPWD officers ordered to replace the fans with the new one without any request. As soon they installed the fans they were making much noise. I have made the complaints of the same but none of them have bothered it. After one month fan was jammed and now it is not in a working position. I made a complaint twice or thrice but still position is the same. I made a telephonic interaction with the JE CPWD, Mayapuri. I had even spoken to the Executive Engineer of CPWD Mayapuri once, regarding the same. Till date the complaint is not been attended to. The CPWD officials are not keen in attending the complaints. Such a lackadaisical attitude from CPWD officials are not appreciated.
