I have received a letter from Astt Engineer 4 S/D, RK Puram for upgradation work of my Qtr No 15 H CPWD Complex, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. I have given written consent to JE (Civil) on 01 Jul. I have contacted so many time with JE Civil, but no response till date. I have lodged complaint of seepage and replace window in my qtr through call centre. But no response.
