Failure of switches within three months

I have purchased the two way electrical switches for my new house in a shop at Hyderabad. But within three months I had to change those switches. please adwise me is there any authorised outlet at Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, and a experianced electrician to solve my problem for the long lasting switches.
